Avocados have around 20 essential nutrients..fiber...Potassium...great source of vit.C...vit.B...and folic acid, this one, very necessary for pregnant women for a good development of the fetus nervous system!
It also acts as a "nutrient booster" as it enables the body to absorb better fat soluble nutrients such as alpha and beta carotenes and lutein , found as normal fruit nutrients.
Even though it has a lot of "fat-content",it´s the "good fat" source which everybody needs to use as energy, so go for it!!!!

SUMMER the sun, sea...and healthy Sangría...but in this wine but "mosto"....delicious non-alcoholic spanish beverage made from fresh grapes..a bit of cinnamon sticks and orange slices...mmm!!!!

As many people know, the french are known for their gastronomic culture and great is also known that the french have less heart diseases than other European countries, the so called "french paradox"...the reason to all this is the benefits in wine.
Wine is made from grapes and in grapes we can find flavonoids and non-flavonoids antioxidants, these have benefitial effects as they bring out the "good" cholesterol and decreases the "bad" cholesterols, which is one of the most important reasons for coronary heart disease. So, the french, known for their "daily wine intake" overcome or better said, prevent "bad" cholesterol to be accumulated in their bodies...
With all this I am NOT asking you to start drinking wine if you never did, please continue this way but if you are a wine drinker this might be useful information for you, then again, I hope you will not use this information to start drinking big amounts of wine as this is not the purpose...small amounts will be good for you but like everything in this life "too much of everything" will have the contrary effect.
For women, they suggest one glass a day is good for your health, for men, two glasses of wine.
Another important matter to all this is , make sure your wine comes from traditional procedures without the "extrachemical additives" as these can cause you to have allergic reactions and are obviously bad for you.
Now, after drinking...what we do with the bottles???it´s cristal, so please recycle them! Here I give a tip on what you can do with your used bottles.....isn´t it nice???It is nice, decorative and most keeps our planet CLEAN.:-))

Also known as Canellini beans of Fazolia beans are nutritional rich foods fot it´s contents of high quality protein, high fiber content aswell as high concentration of vitamins and minerals ( vit.C and B, minerals like Sodium, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium and trace minerals like Zinc, Selenium, Copper and Molibdenum.
If you are worried about getting fat..don´t worry, about 238grams only contain around 200 kcal and has very little fat has fiber which helps good digestion.
Health risk when uncooked:
Make sure you cook them as these beans have toxic chemicals  in their raw state called "phytohaemoglutinin" which causes blood problems and causes symptoms like nausea, vomiting and diarrhea among other more serious symptoms when eaten in big amounts.

How about starting the day by taking this super delicious smoothie???apple, kiwi and carrots ,they make a perfect and very healthy combination to start with lots of vitamins ,fibers and energy!!!
Remember to take your fruits first in the morning on a empty stomach....this is the best time to be absorbed by your digestive system....and try not to combine it with any other least wait about 30-45 minutes as fruits will make the digestion harder for all the rest.....enjoy!!!

All of you have heard of MSG..."monosodium glutamate" right? It is a food additive used to give more flavour....chinese cuisine uses it a lot..but unfortunatly not only them but here we start using it a lot...MSG is everywhere, what you need to know is that it is a powerfull toxin specially for the neurological system and has a great relationship with degenerating diseases like Parkinson´s and Alzheimer´s disease...we are having more cases of these diseases at much younger ages when they are actually related to age, well NOT anymore and the reason seems to be here..neurotoxins! The question now is "how do I know I am not eating food with MSG"???? it is hard to tell I agree,as not all labels specify what´s in it but to give you some easy tips to look for when you buy you food are:
-Avoid prepared foods (canned food, pre-made home foods, etc)
-Avoid chinese food, they always use MSG as a food flavor enhancer.
-Avoid buying salad dressings or sauces, make them yourself with fresh ingredients and ingredients you know are MSG-FREE.
-Avoid using stocks, soups, fish/meat cubes ,etc.
-Avoid "low-fat" , "special diet" they are low in everything, also in taste they help it with MSG.
-Avoid fast-food restaurants as most of them use MSG.

In general terms....use ALWAYS fresh products for your cooking, then you are sure that you are not eating this toxin among so many other from which we have no control of....
Now...if you are still worried you might be eating MSG products here I give you good sources on how to prevent overintoxicating yourself or protecting yourself from this:
-Take omega-3 fatty acids (FRESH FISH))
-Take Vit.B6 (Vit.B complex is the best vitamin to protect the central nervous system!)
-Take Magnesium and Zinc

So, even if you are taking the risk of eating MSG at least you are counteracting the effects by eating good food to protect your body against it!!
