FOR THE VEGETARIAN...CHICKPEA BURGERS!

Recipe:
Mix in one bowl.....
-800g precooked chickpeas
-3 organic free range eggs (look at the number on the box, must be less than 1!!)
-Finely chopped coriander leaves (as many as you like!)
-Cumin powder (as much as you like!)
-Salt and pepper
-2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

Mix all together until you have a nice binded mix, make burger shapes and warm in preheated pan with olive oil and....voliá!Bon apetit!!
I have added to this plate a nice and fresh rucula salad with lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and caper  dressing....mmmm!!!Believe me it tastes "frelishious"!! (fresh and delicious:-))
