Avocados have around 20 essential nutrients..fiber...Potassium...great source of vit.C...vit.B...and folic acid, this one, very necessary for pregnant women for a good development of the fetus nervous system!
It also acts as a "nutrient booster" as it enables the body to absorb better fat soluble nutrients such as alpha and beta carotenes and lutein , found as normal fruit nutrients. 
Even though it has a lot of "fat-content",it´s the "good fat" source which everybody needs to use as energy, so go for it!!!!
